We have received a copy of an article in the August 1997 CERA Newsletter courtesy of club member Chris Burton (he was the editor at the time). It describes a different type of CERA awards banquet. The typical awards banquets (when they happened) were held in a semi-formal setting at a hotel meeting/banquet room. Casual dress but no T-shirts or riding gear! Well it seems that someone got creative on the August 1997 CERA Awards Banquet.
