CERA has rescheduled the 49th Annual Fools Gold Enduro to Saturday June 10th. Due to all the downed trees, debris and damage from the winter storms we were unable to get the course cleared in time for the May date. Other events also made date changes for the same reasons and we finally settled on the 10th of June. Normally we run on Sunday but this year it will be a rare exception running on a Saturday, the date we got from the Forest Service due to scheduling.
As announced earlier we will be running a “Sprint Enduro”. This format, while not entirely new to us is not that much different than the standard format we have used for years and we look forward to a very successful meet.
The flyer will be out by mid-May and the online pre-entries will also be opened up around that time. For CERA club members along with volunteers that will be working the event and their immediate families we will be having a “workers dinner” on Saturday evening after the Enduro. If you’re volunteering and would like to join us, there is an avenue to do so via the volunteer link. This dinner will be for workers and immediate families only and registration will only be available online prior to the event (so we know how much food to order). While undecided at this writing, the pre-registration for the dinner will probably close the Wednesday before the Enduro.
